The Commons Workspace offers flexible membership options to suit various professional needs. Whether you are looking to spend a few days working in a shared space or rent your own office for multiple months, our coworking space can accommodate you.

Two/Three-Person Office

​​Ideal for startups or small teams working on joint projects, our two- to three-person offices are equipped with a desk and high-speed internet through a secure Wi-Fi network. Members will also have access to the shared amenities, including printer, copier, scanner, kitchen, off-street parking and conference rooms (as available).

Private offices are furnished with a desk and ergonomic chair. This membership option also includes access to all Commons perks, including high-speed internet, networked printer/copier/scanner, off-street parking and on-site mailbox. Our semi-private office cubicles offer an affordable option for workers looking for more privacy than what the open space offers. Our most bdget friendly membership is the Flex Desk in the open workspace area. Choose any open/unreserved desk for the day and make yourself at home. Enjoy high-speed internet access, networked printer/copier/scanner, and conference room use(as available).

Day Passes

Don’t want to commit to a monthly contract? No problem! The Commons Workspace offers day passes for professionals who just need a desk every once in a while. This pass allows you to work at any available workspace in the open shared area and grants access to high-speed internet and networked printer/copier/scanner.

Conference Room

The Conference Room is approximately 20 x 30 and is located on the 3rd floor of the Old School Commons building. There is a large boardroom style conference table with seating for up to 12. The room can comfortably accommodate up to 15 people. Conference room guests are responsible for room set up and clean up.

Secure internet via Wi-Fi and a state-of-the-art AV system is available.

The room is available M-F, 8am -6pm.

Rates:

$35/hour

Full day (8am-6pm) is $300/day.
